Definition of Equidistant Points

We say that a point is equidistant from another 2 points if it is exactly the same distance away from them.

For example, the middle point in the picture is equidistant from the two outside points. The set of all points that are equidistant from the two outside points forms a straight line through the point in the middle.

Description
