What is Six Sigma?

- Process Capability: Deliver based on your process.
- Variation: What the customer feels and sees
- Stable Operations: Customer sees and feels based on ensuring consistent, predictable processes
- Design for Six Sigma: Designing to meet customer capability and process.
Six Sigma focuses first on reducing process variation and improve on capability of process.
