In software testing, a automated test framework is a collection of software and test data configured to test a program unit by running it under varying conditions and monitoring its behavior and outputs. 


Heuristics testing is the testing of algorithms, code modules of projects where testing strategies rely on past data about probabilities. These types of testing often allow for more intelligent investigation of where defects may occur. Heuristics testing is also used in screening technologies such as email filtering. 

Hybrid Integration Testing 

It is a combination of Top down Testing and Bottom up Testing. It is also called as Sandwich Testing.
