At Sprout, we teach you how to cook in a fun and non-intimidating environment. Unlike most cooking classes, which base their recipes around a particular cuisine or style of cooking, ours are based around you and your needs. All recipes are nutritionally adequate and are designed according to your dietary requirements, cooking ability and budget. As well as public cooking classes, we offer corporate events tailored to your team (we can arrange games, corporate gifts, or a Central Market or Adelaide Hills tour), private parties, workplace visits, and public or private cooking demonstrations.
