Old Parliament House Gardens

Favorite
Old Parliament House Gardens offer a pleasant, rose filled place to pause in the heart of the Parliamentary Zone. Located on either side of Old Parliament House are the House of Representatives Garden and Senate Garden. The roses were planted during the Great Depression. When parliament moved, the gardens were opened to the public. They were restored in 2004 to their current beauty. The Old Parliament House Gardens are available for public and corporate functions. Call the National Capital Authority for garden-related enquiries. Email Tennis Canberra for tennis court bookings.
