Being a National Merit scholar and an University Ranker, teaching has been my passion always and so even when I'm at work what I do is to follow my passion.Currently working as a Research Assistant in ANU. I was an Assistant Professor in Commerce, a visiting faculty for MBA programs and a Senior School teacher(A Level). I have also conducted Management Development Programs for corporate organisations. I do a 'what to achieve in how much time' study on each student to structure the lessons. Individual abilities, skills and constraints are also kept as considerations while structuring.
