What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit cards are our preferred modes of payment. We also accept physical checks for an additional processing fee of $50, only for amounts exceeding $100. We do not accept payments via PayPal. Contact sales to find out more.
What is a guarantee period?
Risk-free guarantee period is the number of days you can use SubjectCoach with peace of mind. If you don't like our product, cancel your account and receive a full refund (minus 1.75% credit card processing fees).
Parent accounts: 24 hours | School accounts: 7 days
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellation stops auto-renewal. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation does not delete your account - you can re-subscribe anytime.
Refunds: Full refund (minus 1.75% processing fees) within 24 hours for NEW parent accounts and 7 days for NEW school accounts.
Important: We do not offer partial refunds. Renewed subscriptions are final and do not qualify for refunds.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
Manage your plan from your dashboard under "Plan Management". Adjust your monthly/yearly plan once every billing cycle or cancel anytime. Upgrades or downgrades are automatically applied on next renewal.
Can I get invoices for my payments?
Absolutely. Invoices are sent with every successful payment via email to your registered email address.
How secure is my payment?
All payments are securely processed over HTTPS. Your card information never touches our servers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe using 2048-bit RSA encryption (SSL).
